Job summary

Pelican Bay Foundation is seeking a full-time, year-round Restaurant General Manager in Naples, FL to lead the Foundation restaurant operations. You will supervise Front of House staff, manage reservations, pacing, and training, and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in high-volume hospitality, strong financial discipline, and a visible floor presence.

Qualifications

Three to five years of progressive restaurant leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service hospitality environment.
Food safety manager certification required or must be obtained within the Foundation timeframe.
Responsible alcohol service certification, such as TIPS or similar, required or to be obtained within timeframe.

Responsibilities

Assists in annual budget preparation and manages controllable expenses within goals.
Ensures member and guest satisfaction with prompt, courteous service and Foundation standards.
Maintains visible floor presence, coaches staff in real time, and resolves issues.
Oversees restaurant operation on duty from opening to closing and ensures smooth transition between shifts.
Reviews daily sales metrics, labor, and inventory; investigates variances and corrects course.
