Job summary

The Summit Corporation seeks a Dining Room Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead the club’s dining operations and staff in alignment with the business plan. You will supervise Penthouse and TH1RTYONE dining room staff and coordinate with the General Manager and other leaders.

You will drive service excellence, control costs, and maintain safety and appearance standards in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; five years of related experience and/or training.
• Two years of experience in managing catering operations.
• Extensive knowledge of the private club industry’s food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules personnel and plans dining room set-up based upon anticipated member/guest counts and client needs.
• Takes reservations and checks table reservation schedules.
• Greets and seats members and guests.
• Carefully supervises dining room staff to help assure proper service; provides beverage service.
• Assists in service and tableside cookery as needed and takes orders when necessary during high-volume times.
• Inspects dining room employees to ensure that they are in proper and clean uniforms at all times.
