Job summary

Minnehaha Country Club seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations for the Elevated Dining venue. You will lead a service staff of about 10, train team members, and drive revenue through service excellence while working within budgetary constraints.

The role reports to the F&B Director and requires promoting the club brand with professionalism and teamwork in a premier, year-round dining environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency.
• 3+ years of dining room/restaurant supervisory experience in a full service environment.
• Experience managing beverage programs and beverage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and lead staff through service training.
• Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates restaurant staff.
• Manage reservation systems and restaurant setup based on traffic.
• Oversee beverage program and menu changes with the culinary team.
