Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Five years of related experience and/or training.
• Two years experience managing catering operations.
• Extensive knowledge of the private club industry's food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel and plan dining room setup based on anticipated counts and client needs.
• Greets and seats members and guests.
• Supervise dining room staff and ensure proper service; provide beverage service.
• Directly supervise staff and coordinate with management.
• Manage inventory and ensure budget compliance for dining room operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining room areas and equipment; report deficiencies.
• Attend EOS, pre-shift, and staff meetings.
