Hillcrest Country Club in Boise, ID is seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee dining operations across clubhouse, patio, pool, and event venues. Lead service teams, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive revenue within budget while upholding member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food and beverage customer service experience.
• Knowledge of hospitality and private club environment, or similar hotel/lodging reservation activities.
• Knowledge of bartending and/or mixology.

Responsibilities

• Open and close dining operations on duty.
• Oversee daily dining room operations and service quality.
• Supervise and train dining room staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and assistants.
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and member seating.
• Maintain staff appearance and professionalism during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen, events, bar, and food & beverage teams.
• Handle POS operations, tip distribution, and employee reporting.
• Address member concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor labor and supply budgets to meet financial goals.
