Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of banquet service and large event support.
• Good communication, organization, and adaptability for weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise catered events per client specs and BEO.
• Direct banquet staff and ensure guest satisfaction and presentation standards.
• Communicate expectations to staff and coordinate kitchen/service flow.
• Assist with inventory, setup planning, and post-event cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with rules, safety protocols, and alcohol policies.
