Job summary

Shore-Lodge-Whitetail LLC in McCall, Idaho invites friendly, service-driven individuals to join our Member Services Team. You will greet members, orient them to Whitetail Club facilities, and ensure cleanliness across outlets, park, gym, and amenities.

Responsibilities include setting up water-sports gear, assisting with outdoor activities, restocking towels, and coordinating transportation requests. A clean driving record and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer engagement experience in a high-end resort or private club preferred.
• Ability to convey exemplary service by communicating with members, guests and coworkers.
• Ability to multi-task while providing superior customer service.
• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the facilities with 5-star service.
• Assist members with orientation of Whitetail Club and its amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior outlets, park, gym, tennis pavilion and amenities.
• Set up and track amenities such as paddleboards, kayaks, life vests and other water toys.
• Assist members with outdoor activities like fishing, biking, Nordic skiing or sledding.
• Restock towels, rake beaches and remove trash.
• Perform valet parking and fulfill transportation requests for members and guests.
• Maintain pool, hot tub, locker rooms with towels and organize chairs/umbrellas/tables.
• Monitor club amenities for cleanliness and orderliness.
• Assist members at residences with varied needs upon request.
• Be knowledgeable about club events and programs.
• Support other club or lodge departments as needed and adhere to policies.
