Job summary

Shore Lodge Whitetail Club is a premier resort and private golf community in McCall, Idaho. The Concierge role supports an extraordinary guest and member experience, coordinating services across Shore Lodge, the club, and local partners.

You will oversee daily concierge duties, handle reservations and communications, and help maintain a superior level of service while aligning with Forbes/AAA 4-star standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have Forbes/AAA 3–4 star service experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Agilysys PMS or Concierge software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concierge duties and logistics to maintain Forbes/AAA 4 star/diamond standards.
• Serve as main department contact, ensuring clear internal and external communication.
• Organize and submit purchasing and reservations documentation as needed.
• Develop employee morale and promote expertise in concierge operations.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and identify software/templates to improve efficiency.
• Assist guests and members with information on facilities, events, and transportation schedules.
• Initiate tickets, bookings, and appointments for guests and members.
• Assist with room reservations, check-in/out, and club orientation.
