Job summary

Shore Lodge Whitetail Club, LLC in McCall, Idaho seeks a dedicated Concierge to ensure an exceptional guest and member experience. The role coordinates services, reservations, and vendor engagements, upholding Forbes/AAA four-star standards throughout guest interactions and operations.

You will manage room bookings, provide local insights, and collaborate with Food & Beverage and other departments to fulfill guest needs while maintaining accurate records and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Forbes/AAA, 3/4 star service experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining organization and detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication with guests, members, coworkers, and service providers.
• Knowledge of local area activities.
• Experience with Agilysys PMS or Concierge software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concierge duties and logistics for services offered, ensuring Forbes/AAA 4-star standards.
• Serve as main contact for the department and proofread communication.
• Process reservations, bookings, and vendor coordination.
• Develop employee morale and share expert knowledge.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and assist with software/templates for operations.
• Interact with guests and members in person and by phone.
• Provide information on facilities, events, tours, routes, pricing, and transportation schedules.
• Accommodate special requests and arrange tickets, appointments, and reservations.
• Assist with room reservations and check-in/out procedures.
• Maintain budget tracking and departmental records.
