Job summary

Shore Lodge Whitetail LLC in McCall, Idaho, seeks an Outdoor Services Attendant to ensure guest arrival, stay and departure service needs are met at a high service level. You will support multiple departments and maintain outdoor facilities including the pool, beach, water deck, and walkways.

The role emphasizes a positive guest experience, teamwork with grounds and laundry, and weekend/holiday hour flexibility. Forbes service experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to multitask and deliver superior customer service.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays and varied hours.
• Forbes service experience and/or guest service background preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Rake beaches daily and remove trash.
• Set up and track rental items: paddleboards, kayaks, paddles, life vests.
• Clean, set up and tear down outdoor furniture, umbrellas and cushions on beach, pool and deck.
• Maintain water deck.
• Manage Smores Firepit area inventory daily and set up/teardown.
• Empty and clean outdoor trash and recycle receptacles.
• Clean dock surfaces and deadhead plants on deck.
• Coordinate towel recovery with laundry for adequate supply.
• Sweep walkways and keep sand in designated areas.
• Work with grounds department to keep walkways clean.
• Learn resort operations to assist at all times.
