Job summary

Whitetail Club in McCall, Idaho, seeks a personable Member Services Associate to greet members, orient them to facilities, and ensure pristine conditions across outlets and amenities. You’ll help with water/outdoor equipment, coordinate activities, and support guests with transportation needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer engagement experience in a high-end resort or private club.
• Ability to convey exemplary level of service to members, guests and coworkers.
• Ability to multi-task while delivering superior customer service.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the facilities in accordance with 5-star service.
• Assist members with orientation of Whitetail Club, its facilities and amenities.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of exterior and interior outlets, park, workout facilities and amenities.
• Set up and track amenities such as paddleboards, kayaks, paddles and life vests.
• Assist members with outdoor activities like fishing, mountain biking, Nordic skiing or sledding.
• Restock towels, rake beaches daily and remove trash.
• Perform valet parking and fulfill transportation requests for members and guests.
• Maintain pool, hot tub and locker rooms with towels; organize chairs, umbrellas and tables.
• Maintain Whitetail Club transportation vehicles.
• Monitor club amenities for cleanliness, orderliness and functionality.
• Assist members at residences with varied needs as requested.
• Be knowledgeable about Club events and programs.
• Support other club or lodge departments as needed and adhere to policies.
