BDO USA’s Private Client Services (PCS) is a boutique within the firm, serving high net-worth individuals and families. The Tax Senior will deliver tax compliance and advisory work, leveraging strong communication, leadership, and client service skills.

You will engage in complex tax returns, collaborate with clients and advisors, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment focused on growth and service excellence.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics; CPA if degree is different.
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Two+ years of tax experience in public accounting or related fields.

Mansioni

• Participates in tax and consulting engagements and helps identify client needs.
• Gathers information from clients and advisors to prepare tax returns.
• Prepares complex tax returns (Federal and State) for individuals, trusts, estates, S‑Corp, foundations, partnerships, and gifts.
• Reviews basic returns and gives feedback to staff and interns.
• Analyzes tax notices and drafts initial responses.
• Performs advanced tax research and provides recommendations.
