BDO USA, LLP, a boutique Private Client Services (PCS) practice within the firm, serves high net-worth individuals and families with complex tax and financial needs. A Tax Experienced Senior in PCS provides tax compliance and consulting utilizing education, experience, and leadership skills.

The role emphasizes client work, tax planning, and staff mentorship in a fast-paced environment with opportunities in billing, recruiting, and professional development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics required; CPA is preferred or required
• CPA certification preferred or required
• Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation preferred

Mansioni

• Participates in tax and consulting engagements to identify client needs and opportunities
• Gathers information from clients and advisors to prepare tax returns
• Develops knowledge of complex tax returns including trusts, estates, S-Corp, foundations, and gifts
• Reviews basic tax returns and provides feedback to staff and interns
• Analyzes tax notices and drafts responses
• Conducts advanced tax research and provides recommendations to PCS leadership
• Works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritizes tasks
• Supports PCS/firm contributions including billing, recruiting, and training
• Builds relationships with professionals inside and outside the firm
• Mentors PCS Associates and provides performance feedback
