BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in Private Client Services (PCS) to lead tax compliance and consulting for high net-worth clients. You will oversee engagements, provide client contact, and supervise staff while driving thoughtful tax strategies and research.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical acumen, and business development within a boutique PCS practice. Responsibilities include managing complex returns, collaborating with government authorities, and mentoring associates.

Qualificações

• Seven (7) or more years in accounting, finance, or law.
• Experience in the private client service area.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience in public accounting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs and opportunities.
• Acts as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues.
• Reviews complex returns and provides feedback to preparers.
• Directs communications with government agencies on complex matters.
• Conducts advanced tax research and develops recommendations.
