Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. is seeking a Consultant, Fund Administration to support fund accounting within Integrated Portfolio Services. You will review monthly fund closing summaries, perform NAV calculations, and assist with annual financial statements and audits.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and ongoing client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly fund and business entity closing summaries.
• Analyze and prepare financial information for client and investor reporting.
• Perform month-end NAV and fund accounting activities.
• Prepare annual financial statements for funds.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand fund activities and resolve issues.
• Support annual audits and work directly with external auditors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members.
• Participate in projects and initiatives with meaningful client and business impact.
