Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a hospitality team member to provide outstanding guest service with attention to detail and a friendly approach. You will assist with room service, minibar duties, and in-room amenities, while maintaining accurate stock and quality checks.

Candidates should be flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays, possess legal US work authorization, and demonstrate strong communication and computer skills in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Hospitality/service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
• Stock and replenish private bar items, compute and charge daily.
• Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks.
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars
• Check the quality and expiration of all items
• Assist with room service tray removal
• Assist with the delivery of in-room amenities

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School or college degree preferred
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 75lbs
