Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead and train a high-performing team in our luxury Food & Beverage operation. You will ensure flawless service, maintain brand standards, and optimize guest experiences in a demanding resort setting.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on presentation, organization, and guest relations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead, train, coach, and discipline team members according to standards.
  • Strong public relations skills and guest service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and autonomous work style.
  • Wine knowledge is preferred for service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Select, train, lead, coach, and discipline employees to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, promote good PR, and handle guest concerns.
  • Describe and ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods; know wine and spirits.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
  • Control labor costs through scheduling and inventory while focusing on revenue generation.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and promptly respond to concerns.
  • Build relationships with regular guests and new patrons to boost loyalty.
  • Coordinate with departments in meetings to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Close guest checks accurately and process payments; settle specials as needed.
  • Work harmoniously with Resort team members, guests, clients, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Select, train, lead, coach, and discipline employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, group contacts and patrons.
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly.
  • Follow and maintain all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
  • Control labor expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • The ability to recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons to ultimately increase loyalty as a key business driver.
  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with all Resort team members, guests, clients, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously.
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
  • Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • Preferred one year experience in a luxury hotel operation.
  • Preferred wine knowledge
