Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Logistics/Receiving Associate at its Jackson Hole location. The role involves handling deliveries, logging shipments, issuing requisitions, and maintaining an organized loading dock to support resort operations.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the Resort.
• Log all inbound guests and event shipments into our tracking system.
• Issue liquor/goods requisitions.
• Ensure loading dock is clean and organized.
• Loading and unloading resort products using pallets, hand trucks, and carts.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and record data.

Responsibilities

• Handle all deliveries of goods to theappropriate departmentswithin the Resort.
• Log all inbound guests and event shipmentsintoour tracking system.
• Issue liquor/goods requisitions.
• Ensure loading dock is clean and organized.
• Loading and Unloading resort products. Move heavy boxes, pallets, and goods using tools like pallet jacks, and hand trucks, and carts
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, count items, and record data into an inventory system.
• Inspection and Tracking of products by sorting products and stage them in the warehouse for future delivery or storage.
• Issue liquor requisitions, and assist with sorting and distributing packages when needed.
• Maintain efficient communication with the Director of Purchasing and the Receiving Coordinator, ensuring to notify them when liquor needs to be reordered, and when invoices have been received.
• Communicate with vendors, including but not limited to informing them of any inconsistences or bad product.
• Consistently check email, responding to vendors and other staff members in a reasonable time frame.
• Responsible for putting away orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete walk through of the back of house and dry storage areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skillsandpossessthe ability to work autonomously.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs minimum continuously throughout the day.
• Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
