Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jackson Hole is seeking a dedicated hospitality leader to supervise and coach staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold luxury service standards. You will manage service quality, wine knowledge, and compliance with alcohol regulations while optimizing labor and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent hotel management experience, strong organizational skills, and legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
  • Requires a working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards, policies, and SOPs.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Preferred one year experience in a luxury hotel operation.
  • Preferred wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Select, train, lead, coach, and discipline employees to meet cultural and core standards.
  • Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, promote good PR, and handle guest requests and complaints.
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, with knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Follow and maintain all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service.
  • Control labor expenses through scheduling and inventory control while seeking revenue opportunities.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to guest concerns and requests.
  • Recognize and nurture relationships with regular guests and cultivate new patron loyalty.
  • Communicate with staff and managers to ensure operational needs and attend meetings for coordination.
  • Close guest checks accurately; handle payments and settlements.
  • Work harmoniously with all resort team members and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and maintain all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.

  • Control labor expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.

  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

  • The ability to recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons to ultimately increase loyalty as a key business driver.

  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with all Resort team members, guests, clients, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skillsandpossessthe ability to work autonomously.

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalentexperience is required.

  • Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
