Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a proactive Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and local recommendations. You will be the first point of contact, handling phone and email communications with warmth and accuracy.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to upsell activities and services while ensuring billing accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
• Ability to stand intermittently
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about area activities and offer information and reservations to guests.
• Establish close contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Focus on upgrading guests' vacation experiences to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Assist guests with recommending and booking activities in the area.
• Be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole and nearby National Parks.
• Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.
• Ensure billing accuracy and provide information about hotel amenities and area attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email and de-escalate issues when needed.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel services, hours, events, and directions.

• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local dining, and area attractions.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and emails. Respond to any guest concerns and de-escalate stressful situations
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
