Job summary

Johnson Financial Group seeks a Private Banking Specialist to support Relationship Managers in a defined region. You will handle accounts, loans, and client inquiries with discretion and professionalism while promoting JFG products and services.

You will train clients on online/mobile banking, assist with loan packages, and coordinate client meetings. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services with NMLS registration are required, along with strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; 3+ years in financial services with at least 1 year in a Relationship Banker role.
NMLS registration required by Safe Act; knowledge of regulatory guidelines is a plus.
Proven interpersonal skills, professionalism, initiative, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Articulate the full scope of JFG products and services to clients.
Open, close, and maintain accounts in bank systems and manage NAICS code assignments.
Assist clients with online and mobile banking and demonstrate product features.
Assist with loan requests: gather documents, prepare packages, and review for accuracy before closing.
Handle client requests such as wires, transfers, lines of credit, and loan payments.
Resolve client inquiries with initiative and independent work when needed.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative materials.
Schedule client meetings and support Private Banking events; act as CRM liaison.
