Johnson Financial Group in Racine, WI is seeking a Private Banking Specialist to provide banking and portfolio administration support to Private Banking Relationship Managers within a defined geographic area. You will handle account openings, maintenance, and documentation, assist clients with on-line and mobile banking, support loan packages, and coordinate client appointments and events.

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years experience in the financial services industry with at least 1 year in a Relationship Banker role; work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
NMLS registration under Safe Act requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide banking and portfolio administrative support to Private Banking Relationship Managers.
Open, close and maintain accounts in bank operating systems and manage NAICS coding assignments.
Educate clients on on-line and mobile banking and broaden product usage.
Assist with loan requests: compile information, prepare documents, ensure accuracy for closing.
Process client requests: wires, transfers, line draws, loan payments.
Schedule client meetings and manage Private Banking events; act as liaison for CRM usage.
