Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years in financial services; 1 year in a Relationship Banker role preferred.

Excellent organization, analytical abilities, attention to detail and follow-up.
Proficiency with MS Office and relevant bank operating systems; NMLS registration.
Knowledge of consumer or commercial credit is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Articulate the full scope of JFG products and services.
Open, close and maintain accounts in bank systems and manage NAICS coding assignments.
Assist clients with online and mobile banking solutions.
Compile loan packages, prepare and review documents for accuracy, and submit for processing.
Handle client requests including wires, transfers, line draws and loan payments.
Resolve client inquiries with initiative and independent problem solving.
