Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Strong experience in private banking or equivalent high net worth client experience.
• Client-focused with strong problem solving and relationship building skills.
• Sound judgment and high level of integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulations affecting area of responsibility.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with input of details to client database and monitor periodic reviews with Relationship Managers.
• Collect required information and documentations, complete profiles on KYC databases, and coordinate with RMs for client engagement.
• Accompany RMs in meetings to explain account opening requirements and product information.
• Work with Operations, Compliance and product teams to facilitate account opening approvals.
• Adapt to varied and complex scenarios while adhering to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Understand and follow all relevant rules and policies governing the business.
