Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills (spoken and written) required.
• Strong private banking experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations and financial markets/products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and KYC data maintenance.
• Support Relationship Managers in client engagement and banking needs.
• Accompany RMs to meetings and provide product information.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and product teams on account openings.
