Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in St. Louis seeks a VP, Private Banking to lead client acquisition and sophisticated wealth-management solutions. This role acts as quarterback, coordinating specialists to deliver proactive service and tailored borrowing and deposit strategies.

Ideal candidate will leverage deep relationship-building, financial analysis, and regulatory knowledge to grow loans and deposits while upholding high fiduciary standards. Notary and NMLS compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management procedures and bank operations.
• Notary and NMLS registration as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients through internal and external sources.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and proactive service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients coordinating with key partners.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage/credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products when appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality and manage credit quality issues.
• Generate loan and deposit growth following bank policy.
• Interpret legal documents related to client relationships.
