Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations.
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management procedures, bank operations, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources, organization/community involvement and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal strategic partners to provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as 'Quarterback' for Private Banking clients to coordinate with partners for best outcomes.
• Sell bank deposit products.
• Provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor the credit quality of existing clients and manage issues proactively.
• Generate loan and deposit growth in line with bank policy.
