Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition strategies, deliver customized wealth solutions, and coordinate with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new Private Banking clients.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized wealth solutions.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients coordinating with partners.
• Sell bank deposit products; provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products as appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality of existing clients and manage credit issues.
• Take ownership of client relationships and maximize service efficiency.
• Generate loan and deposit growth per bank policy.
• Interpret legal documents related to client relationships and accounts.
