Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Premier Client Support Specialist to maintain strong client relationships across Arizona and provide exemplary service for loan inquiries, deposits, and banking products.

The role partners with Private Bankers to support high-value clients, handles deposit account management, and ensures accurate processing of transactions while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School degree or equivalent and 1+ years of bank operations, customer service, administrative support or other related experience.
• Preferred, but not required, 1+ years of banking experience with knowledge of consumer and business account opening.
• Familiar with relationship banking concepts including products, terminology, procedures, loan documentation, and systems related to servicing client needs.
• Exceptional customer service is required in maintaining portfolios of high-touch Business Executives.
• Must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize projects, and follow through on deadlines.
• Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Private Banker(s) to support a portfolio of private banking clients, providing exceptional service across loan inquiries, deposit account management, and other banking products and services.
• Assist portfolio clients with opening and maintaining deposit accounts and banking services, while processing loan advances, paydowns, account transfers, bankcard requests, online banking services, and wire transactions.
• Communicate and consult with existing and prospective customers on products and services offered to ensure needs are met.
• Perform additional service transactions such as address changes, check orders, issue/activate ATM cards, accept loan payments, supply account balances, and perform stop payments.
• Provide administrative support to the private banking team.
• Work with the lending teams and clients to gather all pertinent loan due diligence items.
• Perform all quality reviews of legal documentation, system data and file maintenance requests.
• Responsible for managing all reporting requirements for the assigned portfolio.
• Partner with management and other bank departments to research client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
