Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Service Associate within the U.S. Private Bank to foster and grow client relationships. You will be the primary contact for service needs, working with advisors, product partners, and operations to ensure a seamless experience across Private Banking products.

Responsibilities include servicing client requests, processing transactions, and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to firm controls policies and FINRA regulations, protecting client assets.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
