Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Chicago is hiring a Client Service Associate within the U.S. Private Bank to foster, improve, and grow client relationships.

You will be the primary contact for all service-related needs of a Private Banking client, collaborating with advisors, product partners, and operations to ensure a seamless experience across all Private Banking products. Responsibilities include handling client requests and transactions with flawless execution, maintaining controls and FINRA compliance, and

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions.
• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
