Job summary

You will be the primary contact for service needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to provide a seamless experience across products. Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests and transactions.
• Adhere to controls and FINRA regulations to protect client assets.
• Collaborate with client facing teams to deliver and execute client transactions.
