Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Private Bank Global Families Group seeks a collaborative Client Service Associate to maintain, deepen, and enrich client relationships.

You will be the primary contact for all service needs of a Private Banking client amid a fast-paced, matrix environment with advisors, product partners and operations teams. Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses required; must obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions such as money movement and security transfers.
• Adhere to firm controls policies and FINRA regulations to protect client assets.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Review and identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
