Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Private Bank Global Families Group seeks a Client Service Associate who will maintain, deepen, and enrich client relationships. As the primary contact for service needs, you will work with advisors, product partners and operations teams to deliver a seamless, integrated approach across Private Banking products.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Schedule aligned to Newark, DE (ET) or Tempe, AZ (MST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and flawless execution of requests, transfers and loan transactions.
• Adhere to firm controls and FINRA regulations to protect client assets and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services.
