Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of banking, financial services, or related administrative operations experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Private Banking, Commercial Banking, or client service operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn banking systems.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Private Banking leadership.
• Assist with client account servicing requests and daily operational activities.
• Support loan processing, servicing, and documentation coordination.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts with required documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and departmental communications for Private Banking leadership.
• Assist clients with online banking access and card requests.
