Job summary

SmartBank is seeking a Private Client Specialist to support Private Bankers and deliver premium service to clients. You will handle banking requests, loan support, and documentation with accuracy while coordinating with internal teams.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, compliance, and a proactive, client-centric mindset in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking, lending, client service, or related experience.
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for Private Bankers and clients.
• Assist clients with banking requests, product support, and account servicing.
• Act as contact when Private Banker is unavailable.
• Assist with loan applications, renewals, modifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with retail and operations teams for account openings and maintenance.
• Review loan and deposit documentation for accuracy.
• Collect and verify client information for regulatory and compliance needs.
• Support Treasury Management, eBanking, and service requests.
• Assist clients with online and mobile banking platforms.
• Monitor portfolio activity and credit monitoring support.
• Maintain department records, invoicing, and resources.
• Participate in community outreach and networking to support growth.
