Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Associate in Chicago to support U.S. Private Bank clients, delivering premier service and coordinating with advisors, product partners and operations.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, handling requests, money movements, security transfers and loan transactions with accuracy and compliance. Qualifications include FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or willing to obtain within 90 days), proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates accepted but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions
• Adhere to firm controls policies and FINRA regulations, protecting client assets from fraud
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage with additional products and services
