Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE, is seeking a Client Service Associate for the U.S. Private Bank.

You will be the primary contact for service needs of Private Banking clients, supporting advisors, product partners and operations to ensure a seamless, comprehensive service across Private Banking products. The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance, and proactive client engagement, with growth opportunities within asset and wealth management.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions
• Adhere to firm controls policies, procedures and FINRA regulations; protect client assets against fraud
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services
