Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Private Client Business Practices Team seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, align with leadership, and deliver process improvements that strengthen controls and metrics across the Private Client business.

You will work with leadership to plan, coordinate and implement projects, analyze data for insights, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of project management and process design experience within Consumer/Business Deposit, Home Lending, or Wealth businesses.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish/enhance requirements for metrics (KRI/KPI) used to determine Control health of the business
• Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and implementation of processes and controls
• Generate operational insights by analyzing process data and identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts
• Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem-solving and identify business solutions
• Influence business leaders and stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication
• Review data and metrics related to the business with a focus on risk mitigation and program success
