JPMorgan Chase’s Private Bank is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive digital experiences. You will execute UX/UI design, craft assets and prototypes, and contribute to scalable design systems.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver user-centered, accessible experiences that leverage AI and emerging technologies. You’ll partners with business and tech teams to translate complex financial journeys into intuitive solutions, shaping the next era of private banking

Qualifications

• Portfolio link required in resume.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in experience or product design.
• Experience in consumer or financial services settings.
• Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in Figma and hands-on usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/UI design work for digital products within Private Bank.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications.
• Design systems and contribute to new design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Present and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices.
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to keep products at the cutting edge.
