Private Bank Attorney

Konexo US is seeking a US-based attorney with several years of experience providing legal and regulatory advice on banking products for a client secondment. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

• Work pattern: Full-time
• Location: Remote

What you should have:

• 5+ years’ experience providing legal advice on digital platforms and services, as well as advising on data privacy and client relationship matters
• Thorough understanding of bank laws, rules and regulations
• Prior experience with the E-SIGN Act, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and Remote Online Notarization laws ideal
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional research and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active bar membership in good standing in your state of residence
