Class Action Attorney – Point Person | Law Firm | Remote | #2639615-15

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a skilled Class Action Attorney to serve as the primary liaison between the Chief Marketing Officer and practice area leaders at a nationally recognized litigation firm. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to combine litigation experience with client engagement, lead vetting, and strategic case evaluation. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of class action experience, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to assess legal claims from intake to viability alongside a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact between the CMO and practice area attorneys.
• Attend and contribute to daily class action group meetings.
• Vet incoming leads and consult with potential clients on viability of legal claims.
• Analyze legal matters across a range of subject areas, particularly class actions and employment law.
• Provide occasional support during evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in employment law preferred.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Professional, proactive, and highly adaptable in client-facing conversations.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 100-180k+ based on experience + benefits
