Overview:

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a skilled Class Action Attorney with experience in Pixel litigation and digital privacy class actions. This remote position is with a national law firm actively expanding its privacy practice. The firm seeks an attorney who can handle complex litigation independently and is passionate about holding tech platforms and corporations accountable for unlawful data collection practices.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage plaintiff-side class action cases involving Pixel tracking and data privacy violations.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in federal courts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop forward-thinking litigation strategies
• Work with internal teams and technical experts to evaluate evidence related to data tracking.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in class action privacy-related litigation.
• Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with Pixel tracking and data misuse cases.
• Proficient with ECF filing systems and federal court procedures.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Salary: $100–180k + DOE + full benefits package
