Overview:

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a highly skilled Class Action Attorney with proven experience litigating claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in consumer protection laws and possess the ability to manage complex class action litigation from case development through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate potential TCPA violations and class claims.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in federal courts.
• Lead or support all phases of class action litigation, including certification, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial prep.
• Coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and litigation teams to drive effective strategy.
• Stay current on evolving TCPA case law, statutory updates, and regulatory trends.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in complex litigation, with direct TCPA and/or class action experience.
• Deep understanding of autodialer rules, consent requirements, and related TCPA provisions.
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: $110,000 – $180,000, depending on experience (DOE)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k)
