Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Management-Side Traditional Labor Partner to expand on a nationally respected labor practice. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in traditional labor matters, including union negotiations, labor arbitrations, and proceedings before the NLRB. You will serve as a key advisor to management teams, helping employers navigate complex union-related challenges and labor strategies.

This role offers full autonomy to lead your practice with the backing of firm-wide resources, marketing and administrative support, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing management in traditional labor matters, including union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB
• Advising clients on union avoidance strategies, labor contract administration, and day-to-day labor relations
• Conducting management training and develop proactive labor relations strategies
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborate with firm leadership

Requirements:

• 6+ years of management-side traditional labor law experience
• A meaningful portable book of business
• Deep knowledge of the NLRA and traditional labor law frameworks
• Demonstrated success in labor negotiations and union-related litigation
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Business-minded and client-service focused
• Competitive base salary starting at $280,000 (plus bonus)
