NetJets seeks a Sales Operations professional to support inside and outside sales, manage inquiries, and coordinate data in Salesforce. You will assist with financial proposals, contracts, and monthly tools for quoting products.

The role emphasizes process improvement, CRM enhancements, and teamwork across departments; training new members and contributing at events are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very organized, detail oriented with strong time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sales Operations support for inside and outside sales teams, handling calls, website inquiries, and data in Salesforce.
• Assist with financial proposals, program and contract knowledge, and quoting tools; maintain monthly tools for proposals.
• Identify areas for process improvements and support Salesforce development and CRM improvements.
• Support training of new team members and participate in team interviews; represent NetJets at events and engagements.
