Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with demonstrated success in business development, sales, private aviation, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and developing new business opportunities within aviation or luxury services.
• Strong knowledge of private aviation, aircraft ownership, and market dynamics.

• Develop and execute a personal business development strategy to achieve annual sales goals and grow market share.
• Partner with Sales Analysts to develop proposals, market summaries, aircraft valuations, and client presentations.
• Maintain an active pipeline, monitor KPIs, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
