Jet Aviation Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Flight Management Representative to support private aviation clients with exceptional service and operational coordination.

The role requires handling high-volume communications, coordinating domestic and international itineraries, and collaborating with crews and operations to ensure compliant, on-time flights. A degree in aviation or management and 3–5 years in a similar role are preferred.

Formación

• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Exposure and experience with ultra-high net worth individuals in concierge service.
• Working knowledge of the private aviation sector.
• Experience handling high-volume email with acknowledgments.
• Ability to obtain an Airport ID and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate logistics of domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries, airport selection, FBO coordination and transportation.
• Handle high-volume emails in a timely fashion.
• Answer calls and assist crews, clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance and operations for safe flight execution.
• Provide professional customer service with strong business etiquette.
• Assign crewmembers to trips per regulations and client requirements.
• Manage scheduling challenges and alternate planning options.
• Coordinate client catering and ground transportation as requested.
