Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state; Minnesota, Wisconsin or Illinois preferred or ability to obtain within the first year.
• Extensive experience in privacy, technology transactions, information law, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology, data, and services agreements; provide legal counsel on high-risk third-party/vendor arrangements.
• Lead privacy program design, standards, and compliance with privacy laws (GLBA and state privacy laws).
• Oversee data governance, records management, data sharing, AI governance, and data-driven product considerations.
