Job summary

DeleteMe’s Privacy Operations team focuses on helping members remove their information from the internet. As a DeleteMe Privacy Advisor you will audit personal data, manage removal requests, and communicate results accurately and timely.

You will work with cross-functional teams to protect members’ privacy, maintain case records in Jira, and continuously refine playbooks and tooling to improve efficiency in a fast-paced privacy-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support.
• Proven ability to process large volumes of tickets and data entries at scale.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Protect DeleteMe members’ privacy by finding and removing personal information across online sources.
• Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial problem sites to ensure successful removals from data brokers.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems with transparent progress.
• Identify patterns in site behavior or tooling gaps and provide actionable feedback to leads and managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive operational improvements.
• Support ad-hoc data removal requests and contribute to refining internal playbooks and tooling.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and advocate for efficiency and accuracy in the Privacy Advisor workflow.
